General Questions
- You may walk your dogs on the association’s property if you clean up after them.
- Doggie waste disposal kits, including trash bags and receptacles, have been placed throughout the community for your convenience.
- Vehicles should be parked in your garage or driveway.
Parking on the street overnight is prohibited by the CC&R’s. - There have been many reports of vandalism or theft when vehicles are left on the street at night.
- Our patrolling security company will report vehicles parked on the street overnight.
- The Board of Directors holds its meetings on the third Monday of each month.
- There are two sessions. The open sessions begin at 6:30 p.m. and end when all the business is concluded. The executive session follows the open session. The Open session is open to the public, and all members are welcome to attend. The Executive session is closed.
- The meetings are often held in the Mesa Police Substation, 2430 South Ellsworth, Mesa, but contact your community manager for the most up-to-date information.
- The Architectural Design Guidelines set forth the number and size of plants required to complete your landscaping.
- Though you may have been in your home for several years, it is essential to maintain your landscaping according to the guidelines.
- If plants and trees have died or were removed, please replace them with equivalent plants to remain in compliance.

When are trash and recycling days?
Please help keep our neighborhood beautiful by placing your trash containers out of sight when not out for pickup. Please bring them to the road after 5 PM the day before pickup. Put them away the same day of service. The proper placement of the cans for pickup is in the street with the wheels against the curb.
- Monday — Blue recycle & green bins.
- Thursday — Black/brown trash bin
Although you do not have to request a hearing, your vehicle will continue to accrue storage fees while impounded. You could be financially responsible for these storage fees. You mayrequest a hearing tochallenge the impoundment.
Violations & Disturbances
- The proper way to drain your pool is to pump the water into the main drain, located in front of the house.
- The main drain looks like a round black plastic cap in the ground, within a foot or two of the house, possibly under the gravel.
- Draining in the street is not allowed.
If you paid the ticket after the scheduled hearing date, your case will be defaulted. For most cases, you must file a motion to set-aside the default; for Streets & Sanitation tickets only, if you paid before the hearing date, you may call the telephone number on the ticket for further assistance.
